Our Initiatives
At Abhi Home, our unwavering commitment lies in fostering sustainability across all aspects of our operations. We prioritize responsible sourcing and employ eco-conscious production methods, minimizing our environmental footprint. Our focus is on crafting products that marry superior quality, style, and environmental consciousness.
In pursuit of this objective, we have implemented a range of strategies, including the utilization of sustainable materials, waste reduction efforts, and the adoption of eco-friendly technologies. Through our sustainability initiative, we aim to not only inform and educate our customers but also inspire a greater sense of environmental awareness. We firmly believe that collective small steps can create significant positive change, and we encourage our customers to embrace sustainability in their everyday choices.
Vision 2027
Water Neutral
Water consumption being very high in our industry, we have also decided to be water neutral by 2027.
We have installed water harvesting plants in all our units to recharge ground water levels.
We are exploring new technologies and change in ways to our current processes where water is used.We will invest in new technology with lesser water consumption for same processes (in some cases water consumption will be 3-4 times lower than current).
Investment in a New water treatment plant will help recycle 80 - 90% of water consumption for our manufacturing process by 2023.

Carbon Neutral
As a family, we have decided on having a Zero carbon foot-print across our manufacturing activities by 2027.
We are working on methods to quantify our total carbon footprint, and until we do that we have started working on possible solutions:

Tree plantation across all our units, until now we have planted more than1,400 Large and around 500 small trees.
Most of the small plants/trees are specially focused on curbing pollution.
We have already started talks with local govt. bodies to make small forests on idle government land banks
As a group we have invested in a small hydro power plant in Palampur (HP) with a capacity of 2 Megawatt which is more than the current electricity load for all our units.
By 2025 we will install rooftop solar panels across all our manufacturing facilities.
