Brazilian Compliance
Brazilian retailers specify INMETRO-aligned conformity and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 across home-textile programmes. Premium buyers additionally require GOTS, GRS and BCI. Our manufacturing holds SA 8000, BSCI and Sedex SMETA social audits. We supply Portuguese-language textile labelling aligned with ABNT standards per shipment. Strike-offs and counter-samples couriered to your Brazil office, typically 2–4 weeks. Lab-dip and fabric-hand approvals run in parallel.

Weaving, printing, embroidery, cut & sew, and filling under one roof at our India facility. In-line QC plus a final AQL 2.5 inspection.

We ship from Mundra and Nhava Sheva in India to Santos, Itajaí, Paranaguá in Brazil. Typical ocean transit is 35 to 45 days plus customs clearance. For smaller orders we can consolidate via LCL groupage services direct to Brazil inland container depots or bonded warehouses.
Minimum order quantity depends on construction. Printed cushion covers start at 500 pieces per design. Woven and embroidered styles typically start at 1,000 pieces per design. For first-container pilot runs we accept blended MOQs across a curated range of designs.
Yes. We manufacture to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, GRS and BCI certifications, and work with Brazilian import agents to produce INMETRO conformity declarations and ABNT-aligned Portuguese-language labelling per shipment.
Typical lead time is 90 to 115 days from order confirmation to Brazil port: 45 to 60 days for production including sampling approval, plus 35 to 45 days of ocean freight. Expedited timelines are possible for repeat programmes where fabric, print separations and construction are already approved.
