UK Compliance
UK retailers specify different certifications by category. Our throws and blankets are independently certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (no harmful substances — required by all major UK retailers), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard — required by UK department stores and premium lifestyle brands for organic claims), GRS (Global Recycled Standard — verifies recycled polyester and cotton content), and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative — the baseline sustainable-cotton standard across UK high-street retail). Factory-level audits include SA 8000, BSCI and Sedex SMETA — the social-compliance frameworks used by UK retailer ethical-sourcing teams. Full certification detail on our Sustainability page.
