Indian Kitchen Linen Manufacturing
Private-label kitchen linen manufacturer in India since 1965. OEKO-TEX, GOTS organic and GRS recycled programmes for international retailers. Vertically integrated facility with in-house fabric, print, embroidery and QA.
Heritage & Scale
Abhi Home has manufactured home textiles in India since 1965. Across three generations, the business has grown from a single-loom operation into a vertically integrated private-label OEM — running fabric development, printing, dyeing, embroidery, making-up and QA under one roof. We supply kitchen linen to international retailers, importers and hospitality groups across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
The business operates entirely through private-label contract manufacturing. We do not sell under our own brand in retail. Every programme runs under the buyer's care label, tech pack, packaging spec and compliance framework — with full chain-of-custody documentation against OEKO-TEX, GOTS and GRS where required.
In-House Capabilities
Commercial Terms
500 pieces per design for tea towels and napkins; 300 pieces for table runners and decorative table linen. Mixed-design container programmes are supported for established buyers.
45–60 days post sample approval for bulk. Ocean transit adds 21–35 days to most buyer markets; air-freight is available for urgent programmes at a cost premium.
Counter-samples in 7–10 days; pre-production samples in 14–21 days. Pre-production samples are sent to the buyer's DC or nominated test lab before bulk release.
FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva as standard. CIF, CFR, DDP and DDP-DC available on request. US buyers can additionally contract through our US trading entity for domestic-invoicing programmes.
Why India
India has the world's largest cotton weaving capacity and centuries of table-linen craft — including woven stripes, hemstitch, drawn-thread work and block printing. Indian kitchen linen manufacturers offer both the craft depth and the scale infrastructure international retailers need for seasonal programmes.
Beyond the raw supply-chain advantages, India offers something structurally unique: a simultaneous mastery of hand-craft technique and industrial-scale compliance. A certified Indian manufacturer can produce 500 pieces of hand-block-printed cotton on Monday and 5,000 pieces of power-loom jacquard on Tuesday — under the same OEKO-TEX scope, the same SMETA audit, and the same vendor-portal compliance framework. No other sourcing region offers this combination.
The Abhi Home Edge
Founded 1965, now in its third generation. The same family has run the business across six decades — which means traceable supplier relationships, institutional quality knowledge, and buyer relationships that survive generational transitions.
Fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, embroidery, making-up and QA all run under one roof. No sub-contracted workshops, no traceability gaps — every compliance audit covers the full production chain.
OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, BCI, Sedex SMETA, SA 8000 and BSCI — every certification international retailers typically require, held at facility scope and maintained with annual audit cycles.
In addition to the Indian manufacturing entity, Abhi Home operates a US-based trading entity for buyers who prefer domestic contracting and invoicing, with product shipped direct from India under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Hand-block printing, embroidery and kantha quilting alongside power-loom weaving and industrial quilting — all under one compliance scope. Few Indian manufacturers offer both craft and scale in-house.
We do not compete with our buyers at retail. 100% of production is private-label OEM under the buyer's brand label, tech pack and packaging spec. Your designs stay your designs.
Export Markets
Our shipments reach international retailers across 4 continents. We maintain dedicated buyer programmes in our priority markets, each with port-specific logistics, compliance frameworks and cultural-fit design archives.

Standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design per colour for woven and printed tea towels. Lower MOQs from 300 pieces are available for table runners and decorative table linen. Digital-print programmes can start at 200 pieces with a price premium.
Yes. Indian mills work with imported European flax and domestically spun linen, and produce linen tea towels, linen napkins, linen table runners and linen-cotton aprons. Pure linen constructions typically require 100-piece higher MOQ than pure cotton.
Yes, all export-grade Indian kitchen linen from certified mills is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant. GOTS organic and GRS recycled programmes require the mill to hold the relevant scope certification — Abhi Home carries GOTS and GRS certification for kitchen-linen SKUs.
Counter-samples in 7–10 days for standard fabric bases; 14–21 days for new weave constructions or custom prints. Pre-production samples in 21 days, bulk production in 45–60 days.
