Indian Cushion Manufacturing
Private-label cushion manufacturer in India since 1965. OEKO-TEX, GOTS organic and GRS recycled programmes for international retailers. Vertically integrated facility with in-house fabric, print, embroidery and QA.
Heritage & Scale
Abhi Home has manufactured home textiles in India since 1965. Across three generations, the business has grown from a single-loom operation into a vertically integrated private-label OEM — running fabric development, printing, dyeing, embroidery, making-up and QA under one roof. We supply cushion to international retailers, importers and hospitality groups across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
The business operates entirely through private-label contract manufacturing. We do not sell under our own brand in retail. Every programme runs under the buyer's care label, tech pack, packaging spec and compliance framework — with full chain-of-custody documentation against OEKO-TEX, GOTS and GRS where required.
In-House Capabilities
Commercial Terms
300 pieces per design (mixed sizes) for cushion covers; 500 pieces per design for filled cushions. Mixed-design container programmes are supported for established buyers.
45–60 days post sample approval for cover-only orders; 60–90 days for filled and hospitality FR programmes. Ocean transit adds 21–35 days to most buyer markets; air-freight is available for urgent programmes at a cost premium.
Counter-samples in 10–14 days; pre-production samples in 21 days. Pre-production samples are sent to the buyer's DC or nominated test lab before bulk release.
FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva as standard. CIF, CFR, DDP and DDP-DC available on request. US buyers can additionally contract through our US trading entity for domestic-invoicing programmes.
Why India
India supplies roughly a third of the world's raw cotton and has deep mastery of block printing, embroidery and power-loom weaving — techniques native to Indian textile craft for centuries. Indian cushion manufacturers uniquely combine hand-craft and scale.
Beyond the raw supply-chain advantages, India offers something structurally unique: a simultaneous mastery of hand-craft technique and industrial-scale compliance. A certified Indian manufacturer can produce 500 pieces of hand-block-printed cotton on Monday and 5,000 pieces of power-loom jacquard on Tuesday — under the same OEKO-TEX scope, the same SMETA audit, and the same vendor-portal compliance framework. No other sourcing region offers this combination.
The Abhi Home Edge
Founded 1965, now in its third generation. The same family has run the business across six decades — which means traceable supplier relationships, institutional quality knowledge, and buyer relationships that survive generational transitions.
Fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, embroidery, making-up and QA all run under one roof. No sub-contracted workshops, no traceability gaps — every compliance audit covers the full production chain.
OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, BCI, Sedex SMETA, SA 8000 and BSCI — every certification international retailers typically require, held at facility scope and maintained with annual audit cycles.
In addition to the Indian manufacturing entity, Abhi Home operates a US-based trading entity for buyers who prefer domestic contracting and invoicing, with product shipped direct from India under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Hand-block printing, embroidery and kantha quilting alongside power-loom weaving and industrial quilting — all under one compliance scope. Few Indian manufacturers offer both craft and scale in-house.
We do not compete with our buyers at retail. 100% of production is private-label OEM under the buyer's brand label, tech pack and packaging spec. Your designs stay your designs.
Export Markets
Our shipments reach international retailers across 4 continents. We maintain dedicated buyer programmes in our priority markets, each with port-specific logistics, compliance frameworks and cultural-fit design archives.

A typical order cycle is 10–14 days for counter-samples, 21 days for approved pre-production samples, 45–60 days for cover-only bulk production, plus 28–35 days ocean transit to most buyer markets. Overall order-to-DC is 85–110 days for European retailers and 90–120 days for US retailers.
The certifications most frequently required by international retailers are OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), Sedex SMETA and SA 8000. Abhi Home is certified to all of these.
Yes. Private-label OEM is the primary operating mode for established Indian cushion manufacturers. Abhi Home develops custom designs from buyer briefs, Pantone shades, fabric swatches or trend-board references, and runs each programme under the buyer's own brand label, care label, tech pack and packaging spec.
Indian trading houses consolidate from multiple sub-contract workshops. A manufacturer like Abhi Home owns the production floor — which means traceable compliance audits, consistent quality across repeat orders, and direct FOB pricing without a middle margin.
