Heritage & Scale
Abhi Home has manufactured home textiles in India since 1965. Across three generations, the business has grown from a single-loom operation into a vertically integrated private-label OEM — running fabric development, printing, dyeing, embroidery, making-up and QA under one roof. We supply pouffe to international retailers, importers and hospitality groups across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
The business operates entirely through private-label contract manufacturing. We do not sell under our own brand in retail. Every programme runs under the buyer's care label, tech pack, packaging spec and compliance framework — with full chain-of-custody documentation against OEKO-TEX, GOTS and GRS where required.

Commercial Terms
200 pieces per design per colour for cover-only pouffes; 300 pieces for filled and assembled pouffes. Mixed-design container programmes are supported for established buyers.
60–75 days post sample approval for bulk. Ocean transit adds 21–35 days to most buyer markets; air-freight is available for urgent programmes at a cost premium.
Counter-samples in 14 days; pre-production samples in 21–28 days. Pre-production samples are sent to the buyer's DC or nominated test lab before bulk release.
FOB Mundra or Nhava Sheva as standard. CIF, CFR, DDP and DDP-DC available on request. US buyers can additionally contract through our US trading entity for domestic-invoicing programmes.

Cover-only pouffes start at 200 pieces per design per colour. Filled and assembled pouffes (with EPS bead or foam fill) start at 300 pieces. Hand-knitted and crochet constructions typically carry 150–200 piece MOQs depending on yarn.
Yes. Abhi Home and other compliant Indian manufacturers offer both cover-only and filled assemblies with EPS bead, shredded foam or recycled PET fill. Filling is shipped under the same compliance framework as the cover.
Cotton is the dominant fabric. Jute, wool blends, recycled cotton (GRS) and cotton canvas are all standard. Cover fabrics can match the fibre composition of existing cushion programmes for visual coherence across a buyer's range.
Yes. Patchwork, kantha embroidery, hand-tufting and block-printed decorative pouffes are staple categories. Custom embroidered logos and branded care labels are supported.
