Abhi Home® makes bath rug sets for private label in four formats: rug and contour, the classic 3 piece with a lid cover, two rugs in two sizes, and rug with matching runner. Every piece in a set is made together, so colour, pile and backing match.

A main bath rug with a matching U-shaped contour rug for the toilet base. The classic US bathroom set.

3 piece: rug + contour + lid cover

The full set, with an elasticated lid cover in the same construction and colour.

Two rugs, two sizes

A standard rug paired with a larger one, for double vanities or bath and shower.

Rug + runner

A standard rug with a matching long runner, for long bathrooms and shared spaces.

Getting It Right

What Makes a Set Work

Most set problems are not about the rug. They are about the pieces not matching, the contour not fitting, or the set arriving packed in a way the store cannot shelve. We build these into the brief:

One dye lot. Every piece of a set is made from the same yarn batch and dyed together, then checked side by side.
Contour fit. The cut-out depth and width are set to the toilet bases in your market, or to your template.
Lid cover. Elasticated edge sized to the lid shapes your customers have.
Same backing on every piece. So the whole set washes and grips the same way.
Packed as one unit. Header card, band or bag in your branding, one barcode per set.

Anti-Slip Backing

Choose the Backing

Every set can be finished with the backing your programme needs. We confirm the backing in writing at sampling, then wash-test it on the approved sample so grip and adhesion are proven before bulk. Unbacked versions are available on request.

Latex (full coat)

A continuous latex coat locks the pile in and gives the firmest grip on tile. It is our standard backing. Latex has a heat limit, so it suits 30 to 40°C home washing and low or line drying, not hot tumble drying.

Spray latex

A lighter, sprayed latex layer. The rug stays softer and more flexible, with good grip for everyday home use.

Hot melt

A thermoplastic adhesive applied hot, usually as a dot or line pattern. It grips the floor while leaving part of the back open.

TPR rubber

Thermoplastic rubber backing. Generally more flexible than latex and more durable through repeated machine washing, so it is the usual pick for rugs that will be washed often.

Which certificate applies depends on the yarn and the programme, so we confirm it in writing at sampling. The certificate travels with the shipment.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

Tested for harmful substances on the finished article. Our default certification for bath programmes.

GOTS and OCS

For programmes built on certified organic cotton, with the transaction certificate supplied with the shipment.

GRS

Global Recycled Standard, for recycled-content programmes.

Social and systems

Sedex registered, SA 8000, BSCI, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001.

What is in a 3 piece bath rug set?

Usually a main bath rug, a contour rug that sits around the base of the toilet, and a lid cover with an elasticated edge. We also make 2 piece sets (rug and contour), two-size sets and rug and runner sets.

Will the pieces in a set match in colour?

Yes. All pieces of a set are produced together, from the same yarn batch and dye lot, and checked side by side before packing. Pieces made at different times are where colour mismatches come from.

Do contour rugs fit every toilet?

No single contour fits every toilet. We size the cut-out to the toilet bases common in your market, or to a template you send us, and confirm the fit on the sample.

Can each piece in a set be a different size?

Yes. Two-size sets, for example a standard rug with a larger one, and rug and runner sets are both common. Tell us the sizes and we will cost them as one set.
